What do you think of my story?

I really like it. And i dont see many spelling and grammar errors on the page. which is good, cause thats my pet peeve, ;) I really like it, but it needs some world-building. like, why is it such a risk to go outside? when did world war three happen? why is the whole electricity thing a big deal? those were some of the ?s i would like anserd. thank you!!! And, i really did like it. alot.
