Some advice please....... i have got a double glazed window and the window on the inside has cracked from top?

some advice please....... i have got a double glazed window and the window on the inside has cracked from top to bottom and the glass is moving but i cannot got it out, shall i just whack it with a hammer to get it out or will that cause problems to the frame...... lol. stupid question but i am a bit dubious about smacking my window with a hammer. i was wondering if there was anyway i could get the inside glass peice out without damaging the outside piece. and will the outside piece be ok on its own until i can afford to get the window replaced.... only need to do it as because from the outside of the house it looks an easy target with a cracked window..
