looking for jobs in the kitchen as a chef/commis chef etc. however this is a common requirement by employers. have googled these but i feel the resultant sites are a bit dubious. how would i go about getting an official, legal, kosher, above board food saftey certificate and a relevant NVQ for a kitchen workplace (they never say what NVQ they're looking for so i'm assuming food safety/food preparation? so could someone help me out here too?)
