Can a chihuahua ***** give birth naturally after a c section?

I have a adopted a chi ***** who will be spayed asap!!! I work in dog rescue, also a Dog Trainer & Behaviourist. I take no interest in dog reproduction as a result of what I have seen in kennels etc, I am asking as I am dubious of some things her previous owner has told me.
