If the Devil is evil, then why would he punish evil people?

The evil people did his work, shouldn't he f'ing love them? They'd be bros! Why would he punish them? If it turns out that I am wrong, and God sends me to hell for not being gullible, then I don't think I'd mind it very much. All of the great people would be there such as Buddha, Gandhi, and Einstein. Heaven's full of a bunch of dubious hicks!
