Where does 'feminism' currently stand in terms of perspective?

Has it evolved to the point of thinking that a) feminist in theory does not necessarily equate with non conformity to traditional values in reality b) generalising on the basis of gender is just as dubious whether it be male or females who are being stereotyped c) recognising and putting energies into the areas of the world where there really is inequality d) people are just as complicit in the process whether they have a dick or not??!!
