Who funds the UK-based Global Warming Policy Foundation?

O. Mike has since withdrawn his question today, based on one of his more absurd extrapolations of one of their more dubious bits of mythmaking (concerning some obscure ruminations of the German gov’t), but that piqued my interest in this anti-science denial front group. Their "Academic Advisory Board" reads like a "who's who" of the liar-denier movement (unsurprisingly mostly made up of non-scientists, indeed mostly non-academics). For the top non-scientist behind this disinformation effort go to desmogblog dot com and look up Nigel Lawson. But who is funding this outfit? Also unsurprisingly, that info does not appear on their website, nor apparently anywhere on the web (at least that is readily findable). No doubt they have good reasons for not wanting such information made public.
