One of my close friend who is born on 9th feb 1976 at rishikesh india is moving to jupiter mahadasha, in 2013?

will it be good or bad for him. He has saturn in second, rahu in 5th, venus in 7th, sun and mercury in 8th, jupiter in 10th, ketu in 11th and moon and mars in 12th house of natal chart. Can anybody please predict.
