Name for a character in story?

I can't decide between Lilly (short for Lilith, which means 'of the night') or Zoey (meaning 'life'). Her love interest is Thane, and he's Death himself (haha cool huh?) so I'm not sure if I should do Lilly and have her be a part of that whole dark theme too or go with Zoey and have that Life and Death sort of forbidden love thing...
