Is the Epiphone 1960's Limited Edition EB-3 different to the normal Epiphone EB-3?

I'm able to spend the money for both, but I'm just wondering if there is any difference except for that the normal epiphones EB-3 has trapezoid inlays, whereas the Ltd. Ed. has dot inlays. Is there any difference in hardware, tone, build quality (I know epiphone's build quality is dubious, but I'm so in love i hardly care). Anyone have any ideas as to the difference? Thanks people.
