I have a Mercury Mouse Boat that seem to be leaking. The hull is sound. Any ideas?

I would start looking at these places. The drain plug area, any hull penetrations, spider cracks, pin hole leaks, bubbles in the outer coating, the area that the upper and lower halves of the hull are joined, outdrive seal/boot. These are the most likely areas for leakage.
