Aries moon in the 9th house?

I have an aries moon in the 9th house, the 9th house in my chart is ruled by aries! what does this mean? I also have cancer rising with leo intercepted in 1st house. Leo Sun, mercury and venus all in 1st house. Strange how my Sun is in leo 1st house which is ruled by aries and aries rules the 9th house in my chart, my moon in aries 9th house which is ruled by sagittarius which rules the 5th and 6th house of my chart and my Neptune and Uranus in sagittarius in the 5th house which is ruled by leo and sagittarius rules the 5th house in my chart! WHAT ON EARTH?! Anyway whats the definition of a person with an aries moon in the 9th house? Can anyone else tell me what it means when there's a voice inside of you that tells you to do positive things a voice that kind of pushes me towards my north node capricorn which is ruled by the 5th house! the voice speaks alot like my father and it never tells me negative things. Please explain. cant possibly be the higher mind? no way!
