Anyone ever looked at Justin Bieber's natal chart?

THAT BOY DOES NOT LOOK LIKE A SCORPIO RISING. I know that's his chart, but he does not look a damn thing intimidating. Its a disgrace to Scorpio's he is making them look bad. And i can tell he is not the cocky type of person due to that Libra moon, but i still hate that MF. I'm disgusted he is my opposite sign and that his my Virgo as his Midheaven, because i have Virgo Midheaven as well. Now i wish i was a Capricorn....
